From the new series “The Other Folkestone Triennial” The Big Man of Folkestone see’s Steve erected as a gargantuan public sculpture amongst the proposed new harbour developments orchestrated by billionaire Roger De Haan. Under apocalyptic skies, the crowds keep calm and carry on in that very British manner despite the egotisitcal horror show they find themselves in.
